About the role
- Support Resideo deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Work under limited supervision alongside talented engineers.
- Contribute to the development of Resideo's next generation products by designing, testing and validating from prototype to market.
- Mentor more junior engineers and interact with internal and external customers to facilitate product completion.
- Use advanced electrical engineering knowledge on exciting products and processes serving customers globally.
- Partner with project teams to find effective solutions to complex electrical engineering problems.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with proven design or product development expertise.
- Solid background in Hardware Design, Component, and Test Engineering, ideally within electronics or manufacturing environments.
- Advanced skills in circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and component evaluation, including experience with qualification testing and electronics manufacturing.
- Proficient in tools such as SPICE, Mentor Expedition, Agile, Enovia, SAP, and JIRA — or similar engineering and project management platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
