About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives for the 1Plan services organization.
Manage relationships with buying groups, strategic partners, industry partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Administer and manage services sales incentive and compensation programs.
Partner with Marketing to develop sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other enablement content.
Design and optimize sales processes, partner onboarding programs, and lifecycle management workflows.
Support channel recruitment, enablement, training, and growth initiatives.
Track program performance, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
Provide general sales administration and project management support across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Channel Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly accountable.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
