About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of retail accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, and RMA's.
Assist other customer service associates with administrative duties.
Communicate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
Support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, and monitoring order status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of customer service/account-related experience
Working knowledge of SAP and/or other computer software programs
Demonstrated proficiency in all software applications in Microsoft office
Working knowledge of EDI transactions.
A keen attention to detail.
