About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Category Manager to implement effective marketing communications that drive Video category performance.
- Initiate requests to execute changes within the ERP system related to stocking profiles, product lifecycle, cost pricing, and inventory actions to remove obsolete stock.
- Research competitive product offerings, market pricing, and industry technology trends by collaborating cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Customers, and Vendors.
- Initiate stock balancing requests for IOS (Inactive, Obsolete, and Surplus) products and support execution of inventory liquidation strategies.
- Generate reporting on sales, promotional effectiveness, inventory performance, and gross margin for assigned categories.
- Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
- Liaise with Sales to understand market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing / Business OR 2+ years of experience in product/category management, product marketing, buying, or vendor management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow within an organisation.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
