About the role
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers through research, outreach and market insight, continually expanding the customer base and driving new business opportunities.
- Identify the market potential and recognise opportunities and threats in the market. You follow developments at competitors and share this information within the organisation.
- Analyse the sales figures, recognise crucial developments and have a plan on how to achieve the turnover and margin objectives.
- Be responsible for planning appointments and convincing customers to place more business with ADI. Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
- Use Salesforce daily to maintain accurate customer information, update pipelines, and ensure all activities, opportunities and communications are recorded to support effective sales planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience within a field sales role or have equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Driving license
