Lead and direct the project management function for the high performing Marketing Services Packaging team
Partner closely with Packaging Engineers and own the end-to-end delivery of the packaging commercialization process
Accountable for the successful execution and completion of all assigned packaging projects
Coordinate packaging engineering resources and cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities include part number creation, BOM development and management, SAP data extraction, Oracle PLM activities, new SKU creation oversight, development of data-driven reports and tools, stakeholder communication, and comprehensive project tracking through final production delivery
Serve as the subject matter expert for the packaging commercialization process, driving process discipline, establishing timelines, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Track key metrics, communicate progress and risks, and continuously inform and align the organization on packaging processes and standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of Program or Project Management experience
Skilled in project management, delivering multiple high-profile tasks to completion and program delivery on large scale complex projects
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment
Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management.
Strong team player with leadership skills able to execute the established process
Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices
Ability to prioritize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
