About the role

  • Provide hands-on project support for the Marketing Services Packaging team
  • Work closely with Project Managers to assist with the execution of packaging commercialization activities
  • Support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through production
  • Complete assigned project tasks, maintain accurate documentation, track timelines and deliverables
  • Support day-to-day project coordination needs
  • Help ensure information is organized, milestones are monitored, and updates are communicated effectively to project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing project coordination
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment
  • Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management
  • Strong team player able to execute the established process
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices
  • Ability to organize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
