About the role
- Define and execute a unified UI/UX strategy across Control4 and OvrC platforms, aligned with ADI’s strategic pillars of Experience, Innovation, and Execution.
- Champion customer-centric design practices that address the unique needs of integrators and end users.
- Oversee the modernization of Control4’s UI to enhance usability, personalization, and visual appeal.
- Drive consistency and usability across OvrC’s growing feature set, including multi-site management, automation workflows, and mobile experiences.
- Lead initiatives to sunset legacy tools and migrate dealer workflows into OvrC for a unified experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of UI/UX designers and researchers.
- Implement scalable design systems and processes to support rapid development cycles and cross-platform consistency.
- Expand end-customer research programs including NPS surveys, usability testing, and focus groups.
- Leverage partner co-design panels and internal feedback loops to validate design decisions and improve feature adoption.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate business goals into compelling user experiences.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to define holistic experience strategies and roadmap enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success designing complex platforms with multiple user personas (e.g., dealers, end customers).
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping platforms.
- Deep Understanding of interoperability challenges, and mobile-first design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
