• Lead staging crews across a variety of stadiums and venues—indoor, outdoor, domestic, and international
• Ensure Health & Safety and sustainability protocols are rigorously followed
• Work closely with Project Managers, Design teams, Crew Boss, Site Coordinators and Yard Operations for seamless delivery
• Assess and adjust crew numbers in line with build and dismantle planning and progress
• Interpret stage designs, technical drawings, and construction plans
• Develop and maintain construction timelines to meet strict deadlines
• Collaborate with client teams, riggers, production crews, subcontractors, and local venue partners
• Allocate labour, materials, and equipment effectively
• Oversee rigging, decking, and other temporary structural elements
• Carry out pre- and post-event inspections for quality and keep accurate site documentation
