Strategic HR Business Partner – Shaping the Future

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Holding Division leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy aligned with Group priorities
- Act as a strategic advisor in the design and delivery of transformation and change initiatives within the Group
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and solutions
- Leverage HR data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous organizational improvement
- Lead the end-to-end talent agenda across the Holding, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive the adoption and effective use of HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance efficiency and the employee experience
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and regional teams to continuously evolve HR processes, policies, and programs in line with business needs and Group standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR or business experience
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Creative mindset with the ability to operate outside your comfort zone
