About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Daily operational monitoring and analysis of security and operational events from the solution monitoring dashboard based on business days.
Execution of IT and security operations and incident management, including monitoring, classification and analysis of events from the securities settlement system and timely escalation of those events.
Follow-up on remediation activities and open operational tickets, including developing and maintaining corresponding documentation to continuously improve Erste Digital’s operational outcomes.
Support for developing bug fixes on a low-code platform; ideal for junior developers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled as a student at a university in Slovakia, available for 20 hours per week.
Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM is an advantage.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux and databases; cloud experience is a plus.
Theoretical or practical experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, MS SQL and cloud technologies.
Team player with self-discipline and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
Fluent English; German is an advantage.
