About the role

  • Handle invoice workflows and support accounts payable processes
  • Help track costs and keep an eye on budgets (plan vs. actuals)
  • Prepare and maintain basic financial data and reports
  • Support cash-flow tracking and financial overviews
  • Work with tools like SAP and internal systems
  • Coordinate with finance, controlling, and external partners
  • Support HR admin tasks (contracts, onboarding coordination, employee data)
  • Organize meetings, and day-to-day office topics
  • Keep things structured, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level)
  • Interest in finance, numbers, and structured work
  • First experience in office management, finance, or admin is a plus
  • A hands-on mindset - you like to get things done
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability and a structured way of working
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, friendliness, and a great sense of humour
  • Previous experience in IT, legal or HR – awesome!
