About the role
- Coordinate and monitor supervisory-related activities within Erste Group
- Serve as the internal and external point of contact for regulatory affairs
- Participate in internal projects involving regulatory and legislative matters
- Represent the Group’s interests in various internal and external expert committees
- Support matters of banking and securities law, including interpretation of current and upcoming legislation
- Provide professional assistance in implementing legal provisions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law (Austrian or international), business administration, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in bank regulatory and legislative matters
- Specialist with broad knowledge of national and/or international banking and/or securities law
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills; willingness to take responsibility and initiative; commitment and flexibility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
