About the role
- Support in planning, organizing and delivering training and development programs
- Support for diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Contribute to the design and implementation of measures to strengthen the learning, diversity and inclusion culture
- Work on digital learning formats and support learning communities
- Support the optimization and standardization of learning and team processes
- Handle ongoing administrative and organizational tasks within the department
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a (FH) university degree program with a business/economics focus and an interest in people development/HR topics
- Team player with commitment and resilience
- Strong communication skills

- Quick learner and able to work independently
