About the role
- Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and provide actionable recommendations for the business
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to identify high-impact questions and deliver data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Apply analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processes
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools for data visualization and reporting
- Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and practices
- Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression, and predictive modeling
- Programming skills in Python or SQL are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
