- Lead a team of setters and closers

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
- Average deal value > €3,000
- Experience with the setter-closer model
- Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with verifiable results
- Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
- Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
