About the role

  • Responsible for revenue for one of the largest B2C coaching companies in the German-speaking market
  • Lead closers and setters within a setter-closer model

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
  • Average deal value > €3,000
  • Experience with the setter-closer model
  • Short sales cycles (typically no more than a few weeks)
  • Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with demonstrable results
  • Strong numbers orientation and performance-driven mindset
  • Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
  • Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
