About the role
- Responsible for revenue for one of the largest B2C coaching companies in the German-speaking market
- Lead closers and setters within a setter-closer model
- Optimize closing rate, show-up rate, and cash collected
- Implement effective follow-up processes
- Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings — travel required
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions directly
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
- Average deal value > €3,000
- Experience with the setter-closer model
- Short sales cycles (typically no more than a few weeks)
- Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with demonstrable results
- Strong numbers orientation and performance-driven mindset
- Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
