About the role
- Responsibility for the performance of our high-ticket B2C sales team in the DACH market
- Lead and develop a team of setters and closers
- Optimize closing performance
- Actively handle and close deals
- Coach sales calls and conduct 1:1s
- Set and enforce clear performance expectations
- KPI tracking and weekly reporting to executive management
- Implement effective follow-up processes
- Responsible for team revenue and cash collected
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
- Average deal value > €3,000
- Experience with the setter-closer model
- Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with demonstrable results
- Native-level German
- Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
- Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
- Experience in emotionally driven B2C sales
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
