About the role
- You will work hand in hand with our CMO to build new funnels, create ad campaigns, and further develop our marketing across various areas.
- Create a complete funnel concept that demonstrates how you will acquire this target audience and convert them into paying customers.
- Your responsibilities include developing a funnel strategy for a fictional coaching offering.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of genuine experience in online marketing (funnel building / running ads / writing copy / …)
- Formal training as a marketer in an industrial company, an online course in marketing, a degree, or similar are not sufficient.
- Proven understanding, curiosity, and passion for marketing.
- Same for current and emerging digital channels and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to listen to, process, and creatively and solution-orientedly act on customer and market feedback.
- Able to handle strong criticism without being discouraged.
- Ability to take ownership of projects.
- Willingness to work proactively and help others when needed.
- Open-mindedness, positive thinking, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to collaborate with creative team members, including other designers and copywriters.
- Ability to deliver high output.
- Willingness to work hard.
- Great sense of humor, and a strong GIF game is a plus.
