About the role

  • Drive Growth in Strategic House Accounts
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of 20+ existing PeopleSoft accounts across SLED and commercial verticals.
  • Build structured account plans identifying modernization, migration, and managed service opportunities.
  • Map and expand relationships across IT, Finance, and Line-of-Business functions.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to deploy targeted campaigns, events, and playbooks that drive deep engagement and wallet share expansion.
  • Serve as the front-line sales leader for on-prem to AWS cloud migration opportunities for PeopleSoft and adjacent environments.
  • Position PeopleSoft PLUS as the gateway to modernization.
  • Cross-sell and upsell AWS services to create multi-layered, high-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with AWS partner sales and solution architects to align ERPA’s value with customer cloud roadmaps.
  • Execute hunter motions to acquire 3–5 new PeopleSoft or ERP modernization clients annually.
  • Develop relationships and opportunities through AWS and Workday partner channels, industry associations, and direct prospecting.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: discovery, value articulation, proposal development, stakeholder management, and closing.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly bookings and revenue targets with discipline and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with ERPA delivery, cloud, staffing, and partners to ensure seamless project handoff and customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Strong background in ERP (PeopleSoft), cloud infrastructure (AWS), and/or modernization consulting
  • Proven hunter with ability to penetrate new accounts and expand wallet share within existing accounts
  • Demonstrated success managing $1M+ revenue territories and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder sales deals
  • Strong knowledge of cloud migration, managed services, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and IT transformation trends
  • Familiarity with the “7 Rs” — Cloud Migration Strategies
  • Experience in SLED and Higher Education markets preferred
  • Excellent skills in account planning, mapping, white space analysis , and consultative selling
  • Proven success in partner co-sell environments , especially AWS and Workday
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • AWS credentials / certifications preferred.
