About the role
- Act as a lead consultant on multiple Workday Student implementations
- Execute day-to-day implementation activities for clients including process design
- Demonstrate configurations through development of prototype systems
- Package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customer(s)
- Help convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist integration consulting team with configuring and testing integrations
- Collaborate effectively with extended team members
- Ensure customers understand and adopt best practices
- Partner with project managers to ensure alignment across project plans and budgets
- Suggest new approaches and tools to deploy the program efficiently
Requirements
- Workday Student Records and Advising certification (active status required)
- Experience implementing Academic Foundation and/or Student Core for Workday Student
- Functional consulting experience on at least 2 Workday Student implementations
- Preferred experience leading Workday Student implementations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Student Records and Advising processes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
