About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the Ivalua subject-matter expert across the Source-to-Pay platform
- Provide guidance on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design
- Review and validate solution designs for scalability, compliance, and maintainability
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into Ivalua solutions
- Configure Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing modules
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues
- Support release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors
- Participate in design reviews, defect management, and release assessments
- Ensure successful deployment and post-production stabilization
- Mentor and upskill team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices
- Support onboarding through solution walkthroughs and training
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation
- Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration
- Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge
- Strong experience in Ivalua functional configuration
- Strong experience in Ivalua technical configuration
- Strong experience with APIs, EAI, and ETL integrations
- Advanced SQL
- Release management
- SDLC methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a global remote environment
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
- Candidates must be based outside the Philippines
- Must align with Manila business hours and the client's business calendar and holidays
