About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- A central role at the interface between business and IT, where you actively support customers
- Freedom to shape and drive projects and to optimize business processes
- Identification of needs for IT applications and the use of modern analysis and requirements-engineering methods
- Facilitation of workshops in which you capture and further develop product requirements in a structured way
- Influence on product roadmaps through assessment of impacts on current and future developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree (university, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or higher vocational college/HF) and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Solid expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering, with experience using common modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, BPMN); CPRE certification is a plus
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business–IT relationships and a structured, analytical approach to work
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
