About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists
- Define ERP strategy and roadmap to align with organizational objectives
- Serve as primary liaison between IT, business leaders, and functional teams
- Establish governance, best practices, and standards for ERP system use and development
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems (Infor LN preferred)
- Ensure ERP supports manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, and supply chain processes
- Evaluate modules, upgrades, and enhancements; manage vendor relationships
- Drive process improvement, monitor ERP performance, and oversee reporting and analytics
- Oversee change management, training, and communication to ensure adoption of ERP enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-10 years of ERP experience (Infor LN strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics considered)
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing IT or ERP-focused teams
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience managing vendors, system upgrades, and enterprise-scale ERP implementations preferred
