About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists
  • Define ERP strategy and roadmap to align with organizational objectives
  • Serve as primary liaison between IT, business leaders, and functional teams
  • Establish governance, best practices, and standards for ERP system use and development
  • Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems (Infor LN preferred)
  • Ensure ERP supports manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, and supply chain processes
  • Evaluate modules, upgrades, and enhancements; manage vendor relationships
  • Drive process improvement, monitor ERP performance, and oversee reporting and analytics
  • Oversee change management, training, and communication to ensure adoption of ERP enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of ERP experience (Infor LN strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics considered)
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing IT or ERP-focused teams
  • Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience managing vendors, system upgrades, and enterprise-scale ERP implementations preferred
