About the role
- Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems (Infor LN preferred)
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting issues, and ensure ERP reliability
- Assist in managing upgrades, patches, and module implementations
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and configuration records
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize workflows using ERP functionality
- Collaborate with business users to capture requirements and configure ERP to align with operational needs
- Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics to improve business decision-making
- Participate in testing and validation of ERP changes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Partner with cross-functional teams and support ERP integration with CPQ, reporting tools, and manufacturing platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of ERP experience, with Infor LN strongly preferred
- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics considered
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales)
- Ability to analyze requirements, configure ERP functionality, and translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience with ERP reporting tools and SQL-based queries preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
