About the role

  • Lead & Mentor: Build and inspire a high-performing team of DAV professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure data quality and integration across EQuIS™ databases and Esri GIS platforms; guide automation and visualization workflows.
  • Drive Innovation: Champion advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client value.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical liaison, supporting proposals, budgeting, and project delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment: Define team structure and processes aligned with LPMR and CPD goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Data Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental data management, GIS, and/or data analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency with EarthSoft’s EQuIS™ software and modules and/or Esri GIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online).
  • Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
