About the role
- Lead or participate in the preparation of technical and financial proposals
- Targeted, high-value field activities
- Supervise subcontractors and oversee remediation works
- Analyze and interpret environmental data
- Execute projects as part of a team under the supervision and guidance of the project manager
- Project management
- Assist in managing complex projects alongside the senior project manager
- Prepare detailed technical reports and strategic studies
- Occasional travel, primarily within France
Requirements
- Master’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, or a related field
- 6 to 8 years of experience; field environmental work experience is a plus
- Good command of French (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience drafting technical reports
- Autonomy, rigor, and a collaborative team spirit
- Availability for occasional travel within France (or abroad)
- Valid driver’s license
- Energetic and proactive, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel; flexible
