Lead Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation projects from discovery to post-launch optimization
Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with client sustainability objectives
Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project plans
Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with ERM’s methodologies
Ensure projects adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate with technical consultants to design and deliver Salesforce configurations and integrations
Ensure solutions meet client requirements for carbon accounting, emissions tracking, and ESG reporting
Apply strong data governance, privacy, and security standards across all projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across project phases
Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement sessions to maximize client success
Support pre-sales activities such as proposal development, project scoping, and client presentations
Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital project strategies and client roadmaps
Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery excellence and professional growth within the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
6-8+ years of experience managing digital transformation or system implementation projects
Proven expertise in Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, CRM Analytics)
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
A passion for sustainability, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting
