About the role
- Lead Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation projects from discovery to post-launch optimization
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with client sustainability objectives
- Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project plans
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with ERM’s methodologies
- Ensure projects adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate with technical consultants to design and deliver Salesforce configurations and integrations
- Ensure solutions meet client requirements for carbon accounting, emissions tracking, and ESG reporting
- Apply strong data governance, privacy, and security standards across all projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across project phases
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement sessions to maximize client success
- Support pre-sales activities such as proposal development, project scoping, and client presentations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital project strategies and client roadmaps
- Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery excellence and professional growth within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8+ years of experience managing digital transformation or system implementation projects
- Proven expertise in Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, CRM Analytics)
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for sustainability, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting
