About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Guide clients through regulatory landscapes and sustainability frameworks
- Lead audits for EHS compliance
- Develop strategies and tools to strengthen client EHS programs
- Manage national and global projects
- Deliver training and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate across ERM’s global network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, sustainability, health & safety science, engineering, or related discipline
- 4+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry
- Proven ability to assess EHS management systems across high-hazard sectors
- Strong understanding of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior project management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Valid driver's license
