Requirements
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- 8 to 15 years relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment and/or due diligence, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
- Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language needed for projects
