About the role
- Coordinate permitting activities for vegetation management programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliverables
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to resolve constraints and improve processes
- Prepare and review encroachment permit packages for accuracy and compliance
- Support scope, schedule, and budget management for large, complex projects
- Coordinate field data collection and integrate findings into workflows
- Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to project managers and clients
- Facilitate communication between environmental and operational teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, project management, planning, or related field
- 1-2+ years of experience in project/program management or environmental project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tools like Smartsheet/SharePoint
