About the role

  • Coordinate permitting activities for vegetation management programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and deliverables
  • Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to resolve constraints and improve processes
  • Prepare and review encroachment permit packages for accuracy and compliance
  • Support scope, schedule, and budget management for large, complex projects
  • Coordinate field data collection and integrate findings into workflows
  • Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to project managers and clients
  • Facilitate communication between environmental and operational teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, project management, planning, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in project/program management or environmental project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tools like Smartsheet/SharePoint
