About the role

  • Identify and analyze relevant tenders to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit bid documents on time; this is your responsibility.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Sales and Procurement to ensure optimal results and effective schedule management.
  • Oversee project management for the entire tender process.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities early and provide input for further development.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in tender/bid management and very good knowledge of public procurement law
  • Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and enjoyment of structured work
  • Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
  • Fluent German language skills (C1 level)
