About the role

You are our star! Your stage is social media. You are the charismatic, trusted voice of Ergotopia, delivering health knowledge authentically, inspiringly and entertainingly on camera.
As a subject-matter expert you develop innovative video formats and take the lead in ideation, scriptwriting and moderation/presenting.
You analyze performance data and community feedback, optimize content purposefully, and ensure continuous, audience-appropriate development of the content.
You maintain active engagement with our community — whether in comments or through appropriate responses to their input — promoting interaction and closeness.
Through your high-quality, innovative content you position Ergotopia as a leading brand in ergonomic office solutions and health.
You ensure smooth workflows in content production and work closely with Brand, Design and Performance Marketing.

You have a degree or vocational training in sports & health, physiotherapy, or a related field.
Alternatively, you hold a degree in media studies or a comparable discipline with a personal connection to fitness (e.g., a trainer certification or similar).
You are a social media native with a strong sense for video formats and storytelling.
You love being on camera and have ideally already gained relevant professional experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator in an online editorial team.
Basic skills in content production (e.g., camera operation, editing with CapCut or Adobe Creative Cloud) are a plus — but your on-screen presence matters more than your equipment.
You are creative, authentic and a strong communicator; you convey our vision with passion and inspire others toward a healthy lifestyle.
You have a good feel for content trends, platform dynamics and audience needs, and translate these into content that strengthens our brand.
You have excellent German language skills (spoken and written), good English skills — and hold a Class B driving license to be flexible for external shoots.
