About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and note-taking
- Track action items and follow-up to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support project coordination and assist with special initiatives as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with expense reporting, budgeting support, and procurement processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and project teams
- Be willing to sign NDA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
