About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and note-taking
  • Track action items and follow-up to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support project coordination and assist with special initiatives as needed
  • Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with expense reporting, budgeting support, and procurement processes
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and project teams
  • Be willing to sign NDA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
