About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the end-to-end customer journey at eRecht24 — from the first brand contact via organic channels to long-term customer retention.
- You ensure that isolated channel activities become a cohesive customer experience.
- You develop and maintain a cross-channel Customer Journey Map that makes all relevant touchpoints, stages, and transitions visible.
- You identify critical moments in the journey — where we lose potential customers and where the biggest conversion levers are.
- You orchestrate collaboration between marketing teams along the journey so channels reinforce each other instead of working in silos.
- You develop concepts for key lifecycle moments: onboarding, activation, upgrade, retention, and win-back.
- You refine buyer personas based on real user data and ensure different target groups follow the appropriate journey.
- You bring the customer perspective into data-driven marketing decisions, combining quantitative funnel analyses with qualitative insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer journey, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels and funnel stages
- Strong understanding of the full funnel — from awareness and lead generation/nurturing to conversion and retention
- Experience working cross-functionally: able to build bridges between specialist teams and think cross-channel
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills: you combine data (conversion rates, attribution, cohorts) with user understanding
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription environment (freemium-to-premium, churn prevention, LTV optimization)
- Fluent German (native or C2)
