• You are responsible for the end-to-end customer journey at eRecht24 — from the first brand contact via organic channels to long-term customer retention.
• You ensure that isolated channel activities become a cohesive customer experience.
• You develop and maintain a cross-channel Customer Journey Map that makes all relevant touchpoints, stages, and transitions visible.
• You identify critical moments in the journey — where we lose potential customers and where the biggest conversion levers are.
• You orchestrate collaboration between marketing teams along the journey so channels reinforce each other instead of working in silos.
• You develop concepts for key lifecycle moments: onboarding, activation, upgrade, retention, and win-back.
• You refine buyer personas based on real user data and ensure different target groups follow the appropriate journey.
• You bring the customer perspective into data-driven marketing decisions, combining quantitative funnel analyses with qualitative insights.
