Responsible for the further development and scaling of our frontend architecture based on React
Designing and implementing complex features with a focus on user experience, performance and maintainability
Integrating REST APIs and working closely with the Laravel backend team to define interfaces
Performing code reviews and ensuring high code quality across the team
Technically contributing to and evaluating architecture decisions (e.g., state management, component structure, testing strategies)
Actively reducing technical debt and continuously improving existing systems
Collaborating closely with product management and backend development to jointly advance our platform
Taking technical responsibility beyond your own code (e.g., through knowledge sharing and team support)

Requirements

Degree or completed training in computer science or an equivalent qualification through practical experience
Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in frontend development with a focus on React
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and solid experience with React, Hooks and the component lifecycle
Confident use of TypeScript in production applications
Experience developing and maintaining complex, long-lived web applications (not just marketing or landing pages)
Experience designing and evolving frontend architectures (e.g., state management, component structure)
Experience with modern styling approaches, ideally with utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
Structured, quality-conscious working style with a high degree of ownership and teamwork
Technical skills: confident handling of asynchronous data processing and integration of REST APIs (e.g., via Fetch or Axios)
Experience with automated frontend testing (e.g., unit and integration tests with Vitest or similar tools)
Strong awareness of performance optimization (e.g., rendering, load times) and accessibility
