About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead solution design and business development for cybersecurity consulting practice
- Shape client’s cybersecurity agenda and orchestrate pursuits from prospecting to close
- Build and deepen executive relationships becoming a trusted advisor on cyber risk, resilience, and transformation
- Shape solutions and value propositions across various cybersecurity offerings
- Represent the firm at industry events and publish thought leadership to drive demand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field
- At least five years of experience in IT consulting, focusing on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects
- Proven sales track record with the ability to identify project opportunities and create proposals
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate internal and external teams
- Thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings with willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CISA or willingness to pursue such certifications
