About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and revise marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and ads.
Prepare print-ready files and continuously update existing materials.
Create graphics and retouch images.
Prepare social media content and support content creation.
Prepare trade shows, events, and training sessions.
Manage and keep marketing materials up to date.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies.
Support our marketing team with day-to-day tasks and take on your own projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign — you can produce professional, print-ready files.
A good eye for design, layout, and typography.
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style.
Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and driving tasks forward autonomously.
Very good German and English skills, as we operate internationally.
Enthusiasm for horses and/or dogs.
Experience with Canva is a plus.
Interest in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other applications for text, image, or video editing — and a willingness to experiment with new possibilities.
Initial experience with Meta Ads.
Knowledge of Shopify or email marketing.
Enjoyment of photo and video editing.
