About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving measurable revenue growth through government contracting
  • Owning the full growth lifecycle across federal, state, and local government agencies
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Leading end-to-end government sales including opportunity identification, capture, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Establishing disciplined sales operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Leading pre-RFP capture activities including agency engagement and solution shaping

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of senior leadership in government sales or business development with a proven record of closing state, local, or federal contracts.
