About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a portfolio of contracts/projects to ensure effective service delivery
Provide governance across projects and ensure awareness of risks
Lead recovery action plans and manage contract transitions
Manage 10 Operational Excellence Managers
Track performance and governance across contracts/projects
Support implementation of new performance reporting
Deliver quality targets and make improvements
Conduct audits, assessments, and data analysis for continuous improvement
Develop and delivery training programs to address skill gaps
Lead project start-ups, expansions, and close-outs
Collaborate with operations and supporting functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in operational training and development, process improvement
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement
Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies, including adult learning principles
Ability to influence through innovative thinking
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence and partner with Operational Excellence Delivery Partners and Directors
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
