About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise between departments and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Create detailed documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system requirements.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python can be beneficial.
