💰 $62,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client’s technical requirements.
  • Support a team of business and senior business analysts.
  • Assist in providing solutions through the onboarding of the Equus Workforce Solutions.
  • Perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing and issue resolution.
  • Participate or assist in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, and demos.
  • Write test plans and test cases for quality assurance and user acceptance.
  • Gain exposure to Equus products and client projects; both technical and functional, with hands-on assignments.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in team standups and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Efficiently handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the Equus organization.
  • Ability to quickly understand our client needs and technical expectations both verbally and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines by demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required.
  • Team player with a positive attitude required.
  • Desired: Technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and/or web technology.
