Shape solutions and deliver them, guiding both the technical design and execution.
Represent Equivant in technical discussions, spotting gaps and steering customers toward smart, sustainable outcomes.
Modernize and enhance legacy integrations for long-term stability and performance.
Explore and apply AI tools and techniques to accelerate and improve how we build.

5+ years of experience in backend development and systems integration.
Expertise in C#, Microsoft SQL, data mapping, and REST APIs.
Strong analytical and communication skills…you can bridge business and technical worlds with ease.
Experience distilling complex requirements into clear, actionable Jira stories or similar.
A curious, growth-oriented mindset and interest in exploring AI-driven development.
