Customer Engagement Specialist – Mortgage Origination

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with prequalified borrowers and past customers through outreach
- Assist borrowers throughout the loan process by answering questions and encouraging application completion
- Support pipeline development by engaging prospects and conducting follow-up
- Utilize various technology platforms to manage communications and maintain accurate loan records
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service
- Comply with all federal and state regulations and company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of customer service, sales, contact center, or relationship management experience
- Willingness and ability to pass the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System exam
- Ability to learn and apply mortgage products and guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Encompass or other mortgage loan origination systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
