Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the Retirement Plan Account Management function
Set the strategic direction for the Platinum RPAM function
Own workforce and capacity planning for the function
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues
Shape relationship management strategies
Establish governance routines for service performance
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and client experience
Ensure strong compliance with applicable requirements
Champion standardization and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry
Must complete and pass the QKA certification within 12 months of hire (funded by EQH)
Strong knowledge of retirement plan administration
Proven experience leading leaders and/or senior individual contributors
Demonstrated ability to set strategy and manage broad functional performance
Experience with organizational design and workforce planning
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and business acumen
Ability to lead large-scale change
