Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the end-to-end claims process for Life claims
Ensures claims are processed within regulatory and company guidelines
Creates and monitors reporting to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality
Fosters strong relationships with brokers and clients
Helps address customer issues or concerns promptly
Advanced proficiency in claims data analysis techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience with Life Insurance Claims
Strong verbal and written communication skills
FINEOS experience a plus
