About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure optimal service delivery between banks and all areas of the Equitable business.
- Lead and support banking integrations and other technological initiatives, including connectivity (API & SFTP), payment platforms, and other forms of secure file transmission and consumption.
- Utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and internal software to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and support system upgrades and testing.
- Develop tools leveraging AI for augmented data exchange, forecasting and analytics.
- Manage bank account architecture, administration and services, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and other regulatory standards.
- Cross-collaborate with the treasury and other teams for streamlining daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, STEM, or Business.
- Experience in Corporate Treasury cash management operations within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and Treasury Management Systems, i.e. GTreasury, Kyriba, etc.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and timely to various audience types.
