About the role

  • responsible for processing SPEN,POP FCS updates and designations as well as act as a BA for the business line they support for over 3k FPs for wealth management
  • responsible for the processing of collective POP
  • support the GDC initiative
  • cross trained to support customer service line as needed during shortage and potential attrition

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ Years experience in a Business Analyst Role
  • 2+ Years experience in Compensation
  • Prior project management experience
  • 2+ years Data visual experience
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
